2. Once approved, you’ll receive access to your Affiliate Dashboard.
3. Share your custom referral link and affiliate coupon code.
4. Earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through your links or coupon codes.
5. Receive payouts once commission thresholds are met.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked for 90 days from a customer’s first visit through your affiliate link. If the customer purchases within that period, you’ll receive credit for the sale.

Affiliate coupon codes are also tracked and credited to your account.

5. Monthly Payouts

Commissions are reviewed after our 30-day order protection period and become eligible for payout once your account reaches the $50 minimum payout threshold.

Payouts are processed monthly through Stripe.

6. Affiliate Guidelines

• No misleading claims about Skull Gummies products.
• No paid search bidding on Skull Gummies branded terms.
• No spam or unsolicited promotional activity.
• Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.
• Compliance with FTC disclosure requirements is required.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program.

7. Commission Eligibility

• Commissions are earned only on completed purchases.
• Refunded, canceled, disputed, chargeback, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders are not eligible for commission.
• Commissions remain pending during the 30-day order protection period before becoming eligible for payout.

8. Self-Purchases

• Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made for their own personal use.
• Orders determined to be self-referrals may be voided at the sole discretion of Skull Gummies.

9. Trademark & Brand Use

• Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Skull Gummies.
• Affiliates may not use Skull Gummies trademarks, logos, product images, or branding in a misleading or deceptive manner.
• Any unauthorized use of Skull Gummies intellectual property may result in removal from the program.

10. Coupon Code Policy

• Affiliate coupon codes may not be published on coupon aggregation, discount, rebate, cashback, or deal websites without prior written approval from Skull Gummies.
• Skull Gummies reserves the right to void commissions generated through unauthorized coupon distribution.

11. FTC Compliance

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Skull Gummies when promoting products online.
• Examples may include disclosures such as #affiliate, #sponsored, or other legally compliant statements.

12. Program Changes

Skull Gummies reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission structure, payout schedule, affiliate levels, promotional materials, or program benefits at any time without prior notice.

13. Account Termination

Affiliate accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, prohibited, or abusive promotional activities may be suspended or permanently removed from the program and may forfeit any unpaid commissions.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the Skull Gummies Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
